Week 1
Homework Sheet
To support your child’s learning, please ensure the following homework expectations are met each week:
Core Homework (Compulsory – Red Tasks):
Times Tables: These should be completed twice a week in their homework book, or alternatively 5 minutes of TTRS per week.
Spellings: Each spelling list should be written out and practised twice in their homework book.
Reading: Children are expected to read every night and record this in their reading log.
If compulsory tasks are not completed, your child will be required to attend Homework Club with Mrs Johanson on Monday lunchtime.
Optional Homework (Yellow Tasks):
These are additional activities designed to extend learning.
Completing yellow tasks is optional but will earn children extra house points.
