3.15 Club

3.15 club runs straight after school between the hours of 3.15 and 5.30. The club takes place in the EYFS classroom base where the children have access to the light room and the outside playing space. They have lots of fun, play games and enjoy a small snack. 

Costs

3.15pm- 4.30pm costs £4.00

3.15pm- 5.30pm- £6.00

If your child attends an extra-curricular activity club that day then the payment will be £4 from the club finishing until 5.30pm

(any child not collected by 5.30 p.m. parents will incur a further cost of a full session per child)

Payment

Payment must be made in advance on a weekly or half-termly basis using the school money system or in cash to the club supervisor.

Sessions paid for but not used can be used another day in that week, if space is available, but CANNOT BE CARRIED OVER

Booking

Booking can be made through the school money system or via phone at the moment. The online booking system closes the night before the booking is required but phone class can be made to school up to 1pm on the day. As of January there will be no exception to this rule and any person making a call after this time will not be able to book the 3.15 club. The reason for this is due to staffing ratios which must be planned in advance. 

Pick up

Children should be collected via the EYFS base through the gate to the right of the entrance path. During winter through the darker evenings, children should be collected from the front entrance. Please ring the 3.15 club number or send a message to let the club leader know you have arrived and your child will be brought to you by a member of staff.

Additional Information

• If the demand for places is high and we have achieved our limit for Activity Club we will operate a waiting list and inform you when a place becomes available.
• No place can be allocated without booking form and payment.
• Any changes to booked sessions must be made known before the session. Failure to do this will mean that the sessions booked are liable for full payment.
• Your child/children must be booked in by 1.00 p.m. on the day at the latest.
• All children to be collected by an adult or older child in high school or above. Anyone collecting your child must be named on the pupils' data collection and have been pre-arranged with the after school club supervisor.

Advance notice of changes

These prices have remained the same for a number of years but as you can imagine, with the cost of living rising so steeply, it is becoming increasingly difficult to afford to run this provision at these costs. We will therefore be looking our out of school club charges and making alterations as of September 2024. We aim to remain competitive but become more in line with similar provision in the area.
