School Council
Meet the Council
Our school council includes children from Years Six right down to Year One. In Key Stage Two we have two representatives per class and in Key Stage One we have one per class. We meet regularly with Mrs Crann and Mrs Tomlinson to discuss, plan and arrange events as well as solving issues for example upgrading of school equipment. Each councillor provides input during the meetings and is responsible for taking this back to their classes for feedback.
As part of our role, we represent the school during parents' evening, chat to governors and advisors and provide a voice for all our pupils. Shortly, we will be looking at the school council body with a view to overhauling and reinvigorating the role. We have many exciting ideas in the pipeline to make the experience at Brookfield Park even better!
