Autumn Term 2017 Beech Class newsletter

Meet the teacher!

We enjoyed a lovely morning, when parents and family members joined us in class to celebrate the value of reading. The message was that all the children in Beech class will be encouraged,  both at home and in school to become life-long readers! Thank you to all parents and family members who joined us today. If you missed this opportunity, please do not hesitate to come and speak to Mrs Allard and she will be more than happy to share the hand outs with you, and discuss how you can help with your child's reading at home.

The Pop Project is always a very well received group of artists who come to visit us and put on an amazing show!

This visit involved them teaching us all about Christmas number ones across the decades. We sang, we danced, we got up at the front and showed off our skills from the decades and listened to some amazing facts about history in the U.K! We can't wait until they return!

Merry Christmas from Beech Class!

We really enjoyed creating our own watercolour winter scenes!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!
